We provide advertising for free! Site usage is promoted a few states at a time. This is performed through direct mail, classified advertising and word of mouth. You will not find an easier site to use. LandTraderOnline was set about by an independent rural Real Estate Agent and Developer. Not by a profit driven corporation. We allow you to advertise up to 6 properties for free. We allow you put your phone number and Web Site Link in your ad. If you do not have a web site, we can arrange a low cost Mini-Site that is yours to use with you own web address. LandTraderOnline does not advertise on your site; however, your list of properties on your mini-site will go into our national database. This Mini-Website is priced at $19.95 per month and $75.00 to set up. We do all the work you just add listings as often as you like - no hidden fees and no long term commitments. Imagine your own web address, www.your-name-here.com, with all your contact information, brief property descriptions on up to 25 properties, all 25 ads published to the national and state sites. This for less than $20 per month. A direct link to your Mini-Site will be placed in the descriptions of all your advertisements. Advertising LandTraderOnline offers advertising links on the right column of the Main Page, the State Pages and the Search Results Pages. This will be a link to your current site. We do not require any ad link on your site. Prices start at $299 per year. These advertising links are limited to 4 ads on any one page. The State Pages and Search Results Pages are prime advertising on the local level for Lenders, Appraisal Companies, Land Brokers, Developers, Real Estate Agencies, Farm Services and/or Construction Companies of all types.
